The Host, most importantly! The property is luxurious for this price vs. hotels. In a hotel there is less chance for such a good friend in-house who helps with everything and so. I got a very decent small house next to the big settlement with full private areas. The host helped me to sort out questions regarding tours too and took me into the city too and gave airport transfer as well. Plus above any other property: amenities, full of them, not only a bottle of water. I advise everyone to book here and apart having a decent deal of an apartment, good to know a very intelligent, wise, transparent and open-minded man! It is great for those too who are short in time and first timers on this island. You definitely would want to return after this!

Owner/manager was very helpful and allowed my son to check in early, plus he waited for over an hour for my son to arrive at the unit. Spacious, comfortable accommodation.

Darville arranged a driver to collect us from the airport and then met us on arrival and gave us a guided tour of the property. It was spacious and homely. Darville also assisted with collecting provisions. The next morning he kindly transported us all to the marina.

We loved the ambience, view of ocean and of cruise ships docking and leaving, the landscape and facilities. The turndown snacks were a lovely surprise. We looked forward to them. Room came with a washing machine and dish washer. It was in the heart of the city, made it easy to stroll on Bay Street.

The quality of everything was excellent - above expectations. The staff were just SO friendly from check in, round the pool, housekeeping, the restaurant. We've never been to a hotel with such friendly staff Room fittings are excellent and it was really comfortable. USB points by the bed and really fast USB on the desktop. Great Wi-Fi around the entire resort. If you're from the UK be prepared for sky high prices but thats the island rather than the hotel. One night we had a KFC delivery which was $78 !!!!!!! If you go out for dinner a cab each way will be $20-$25 without a tip The pool is the best I've been in in my life (and I'm 73 now). Its 1.3m all over so ideal for me as a non swimmer to just stand in and relax. Views over the beach and the sea. Watch the cruise liners coming in and out. Just perfect The resort is at the right end of the beach as the waves are gentlest and it has the least loose eel grass.

Great room, clean, big, good kitchen, great shower. Micah is super helpfull and simpathetic, and the restaurant by the pool is delicious and with reasonable prices (the best barbecue sauce!!). 100% recomended!! We had a great time!!
