after 7pm the service was difficult. we had to wait until the next day for them to turn on the heating. there was very limited kitchen equipment, no bins for sharing the rubbish….. The doors with the new app are difficult to open… you need to have a charged phone battery because otherwise you won't be able to unlock the doors…

Nice hotel, rooms are big, lake area and wellness with pool are great. We were there only for one night, I wish to stay there longer.

Hotel Eden is very clean. The rooms are very nice. It's good that has a mini bar. The staf is very hospitable. Nice view of the lake. Close to the city.
