It was very luxorius! Facilities were great and there was all sorts of entertainment opportunities within the property. The staff were very very polite and helpful. Witnessed it first hand during our stay when we had a situation and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The suite was very large, had a large bathtub in the middle of the room and with a view over the Vlora bay. It was quite nice! Balcony was very nice and the area around was very calm and quiet, though it’s worth mentioning that we were there in the off season! The spa was very nice as well! Not super large, but had all you’d expect a spa to have, and it had a variety of treatments a few if which we used and were pretty satisfied with.

Ohhhh i cannot overemphasise yatch hotel. Jezzzzzzzzzzz it beats my expectation i didn’t want to leave the room. It was opposite the beach i could hear the waves, watch the sunrise, and not far away from the city centre. There was a lot of site seeing their staff recommended to us, and we loved it. Let’s not start with the platter breakfast, we were stuffed. Or the exceptional staff they have!!! From sinma the receptionist( i hope i get it right), and other first floor staff, to the restaurant staff (Makila, Anna) etc. they were so great, very interacting and warm. We felt so safe as black travelers, they treated us with so much love and smiling faces!. Indeed customer experience is all that matters when it comes to product and services. And i tell you for free yatch hotel exceeds all of it. I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay.

Excellent hotel! It is located in a quiet place at the beginning of the promenade, but not far from the resort center with a park and many cafes and restaurants. Large modern rooms with comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the sea. Private sandy beach with good sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. A good restaurant with pleasant service, where everything is prepared fresh for breakfast, and for dinner you can eat deliciously and at reasonable prices.

Location was halfway around the bay. Check in was easy and friendly. We parked across from our room. Our room was close to reception. The reception young ladies were friendly, warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was ordered from a menu, but we ordered lots of different items and it all arrived! It was fresh. Eggs were piping hot. Everything was excellent! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower area. Lovely toiletries were provided. There's a wall switch to operate the window blind! The hotel is centrally placed along the seafront. There are many loungers free to use across the road. Provided beach towels were very useful.

The property was clean, beautiful and in a great location. The interior design was modern and the aesthetics of it was pleasing to the eye. Location was spot on, you could walk along the promenade and to the different restaurants. The view was spectacular. We had a gorgeous sea view while having breakfast. There was 6 of us and each of us had a place to sleep ( comfortable at that).
