Very close (4-5min walk) to some of the nicest private beaches in Ksamil. Very clean accommodation with modern amenities and nice bathroom. Great coffe/espresso machine!Parking at the property was a huge bonus. The host (a teenage girl) was very friendly and even offered to do laundry for us for no additional charge. Many restaurants and a small kiosk store right next to the property. Air conditioner and TV in both rooms.

We were very well received. The hosts were smiling and accommodating. We even received fresh fruits. The room is magnificent, new and with beautiful materials (as in the photos). Just a few minutes walk from the city center. We stayed two nights and the cleaning was completely done. There are few comments at the moment, because the establishment is new but you can go there with your eyes closed.
