Really friendly and attentive staff. Clean room and cleaning lady swiped sand off of floor and brought fresh towels every day. Many options for breakfast and everything was very tasty.

We highly recommend this accommodation! The rooms are clean, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Decent Wi-Fi. Functional AC. I also really appreciated the wonderful view we had from the balcony. The property is located in a quiet area, but still close to the beach and the main tourist attractions of Ksamil (by car). In the courtyard of the location there is a mini-market where you can buy water, iced juice, vegetables...the strictly necessary in case of need. Parking can be done right in front of the property. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The courtyard of the villa is beautifully landscaped, with a green space.
