Beautiful location and a very nice host. Especially the private beach near the river is great.

Really friendly and helpful hostess. Besides the stay itself was very unique being surrounded by nature with a great private beach! The property was also very close to the Komani lake ferry.

We stayed just for one night. The landscape around the hotel is really beautiful with its own beach and pier to sit down, relax and watch the sunset. The room was basic but had everything that we needed for that one night. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.

The owner of the house was very helpful and very friendly. She cooked us a traditional plate on a very short notice and was so good 😊 chicken and rice ❤️ She also shared with us the story of how the house was built which was very interesting. The location of this house is also in an amazing spot along Koman river and there is also a private beach and a garden full of cherry trees 😍 The owner speaks perfect Italian and also English, it's super to communicate with her! The house is also very close to the ferry.

An idyllic, peaceful location with a magnificent view. Sun loungers provided on a small private beach right next to the rooms. Comfortable beds, aurcon, fridge. Fabulous meal served at your room so you can enjoy dinner/breakfast while enjoying the view. Excellent service from the family. The guest-facing role is undertaken by the son, the excellent Mario, brought wine and beer to us within a few moments of arriving. 10/12 minute drive to Koman ferry. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Beautiful location easy to access, spacious area . We stayed in a villa with beachfront view , the villa was a private fun place to stay with a roof space double bed up the open stairs . Parking was immediately outside the villa which was handy as it was raining on our arrival . The staff were welcoming and friendly

Great hotel, perfect for a 1 night stay if you plan to do a boat tour the next morning. Near to the Harbour, the one good restaurant and the lake for swimming. Also amazing view on the Komani Lake and the hills with a private lake / beach access. We enjoyed the peace.
