Very well located, our studio room was walking distance to the old city, in a relatively quiet area. Michele met us at the secured indoor parking lot (near the property), a paid parking we were sure glad to have arranged prior to our arrival, as trying to find a parking on the street would have been a total nightmare. The studio was big and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was served in the common dining room (accessible to all the rented rooms). A nice lady was serving and helping with breakfast in the morning. The private rented rooms are on the 5th floor, and shared a common entrance and dining & sitting area. 2 elevators are available. Quiet place.

Our stay was very nice, very good value for money and the location perfectly close to both the train station and the center of the city. We also rrally appreciated how Domenico took a little of his time to take us on a short tour of the city's most important attractions, made us good food recommendations and he was very responsive! So we really recommend this place!

It was a pleasant stay. Right on the street where the old ladies make pastas in their house. Next to the castle and the important places in the city.

Situated in Mattinata, 2.4 km from Mattinata Beach, Casetta nel centro storico features accommodation with a private beach area, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and room service. This was a great stay. The appartment is located in the beautiful center of Matinatta. The room is confortable and clean, same as the photos we seen. There is also a nice rooftop for chilling and a kitchen Plus, we faced some problems from our side to come in Matinatta and the owner did his best to help us. We were grateful to find such a welcoming stay. Recommend it 100%

Ruggero, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful, gave us the best restaurant recommendation! The location of the apartment is great, the apartment is renovated with beautiful taste, and great attention to the smallest of details. We even had a washing machine!
