Roberto also made us reservations for dinner at one of his favorite places.

A beautifully renovated old house with views on the lake. Our host Giovanna was lovely. She gave us tips on what to do in the area. The house is a walking distance from the Pianello ferry that gets you to the other villages and tourist spots. Breakfast was lovely with different home made cake everyday.

The check-in process was incredibly simple and and the host was absolutely fantastic. He was readily available if I needed anything, though everything was so well-organized that I didn't need to call on him. Host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat on Lake Como with the option for self-catering and a truly outstanding host, this hotel is an absolute must stay!
