Great location, on the main boulevard with all the shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beach. Fully refurbished nice large apartment with two bedrooms, balcony, equipped kitchen and washing machine. Heating and AC in all rooms. Lady from the reception was fantastic and very helpful/responsive when needed.

This was our second time at Marconia and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is extraordinary - clean, cozy, well-equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was spotless, modern, and comfortable. Quiet, safe area. Easy access to key and entry. Everything worked as it should - not a given as all of us know from experience. I enjoyed the layout and light in the living room area - and even a peek of the ocean. Walking distance to beach. Elevator was standard size (not a mini). Full size refrigerator. Large smart tv with many good entertainment choices - you can even cast (mirror) cell or tablet to tv for more options. Coffee machines (espresso or a kettle). AC worked great. Professional operation. Reception was friendly and quick.

Beautiful cosy appartment with everything you need and amazing terrace. We came off season so it was easy to access. The kitchen is so well equipped so that we cooked all the time ourselves. Hosts were very welcoming!
