We had an amazing stay at the hotel. It is located close to all the shops, to restaurants and cafes, so our daily trips were spent on enjoying our holiday rather than worrying about transport. The staff was always avaliable, and they provided help with literally anything we asked, be it simple things such as sim card usage or instructions on how to get to specific places in the city. They were very professional and all knew English fluently, and they were also very kind and funny. The standard in the hotel was great. The rooms and halls were airy, there was a daily cleaning service, so our rooms were always tidy. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes. Fruit, nuts, sweets, bread etc, there was no shortage of choices. (Special thanks to Halit and Umut). The hotel also provided a taxi service that covered the trip from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The taxi was large and reminiscent of a minibuss, which was much appreciated after a long plane ride. Special thanks to Ferhat, Hamzah and Aiqot (hope I spelled it correctly) who were absolutely lovely and made our stay perfect. Definitely coming back here the next time we visit Turkey.

I can definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying here for a week during family vacation. We all were completely satisfied 💙 The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the very center near the Blue Mosque. It's also only 10 minutes from the tram stop, from which you can travel to any part of the city. Eminönu stop, where the boats depart, is a 10-minute tram ride or a 20-minute walk away. The rooms are a bit dated, true, but the staff invest any minute to make ur stay here perfect. The service deserves 10 stars, as I have never seen such hospitality anywhere else. They were attentive to all our asks, made tea and coffee in the evening, btw, the Turkish coffee was the best l've ever had. They also helped out with laundry, arranged a transfer, and even gifted us some Turkish coffee. It was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and hearty: fresh bread, orange juice, fruits, various cheeses - incredible. Thank you, Güvan! 🤩

The staff at the hotel were sooo soo lovely and helpful, especially Dina!! She made our stay very enjoyable and was willing to help WHENEVER needed! Mohamed was also there during the night shifts and also made sure we were okay every night. Location was ideal, very close to the tram and restaurants (open until late), wifi was good, bed was comfy, all in all a great stay and very affordable, would gladly come back again! :)

I stayed in triple room. It was really nice, cozy and clean. Ali, Posaad and their sister are really welcoming and forthcoming. They are really helpful. Ali helped us with certain minor things which made our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay on same place on next visit to Istanbul. RECOMMENDED
