The location was beautiful, in the countryside, near to the beach. Our room and bathroom was very spacious, and we were on the top floor, with a view, .There's an amazing Trattoria restaurant on the premises, serving delicious food.

Very neat and well equipped villa. Fiorella was an excellent host and very accommodating with check out times as our flight was only leaving late in the afternoon. The villa is situated close to the beach and shops so we were able to walk where we wanted to go most of the time. This was the perfect stay for our last couple of days in Italy before heading back home. Would highly recommend.

I liked anything you can imagine when it comes to the location, the cleanliness, the arrangement of the garden, the free bicycles, the calmness of the place and above all which is very important the (owner) was very careful to take care of her customers just to please them. The property was immaculately clean, spacious and in an ideal location. Nancy the host was extremely friendly and helpful and her communication was first class. We stayed for one night prior to flying home and the property is very convenient to FCO airport, the beach, harbour and many bars and restaurants. We would have loved to stay longer!
