We appreciated the free parking spots since parking can be a challenge in Italian towns. Close enough to the train station, ferry station and some restaurants. Excellent communication with the host who gave us some great tips about what to see and where to eat. Wonderful and spacious courtyard to relax.

Amazing location and value for money in the peaceful town of Dervio. The location is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and you can easily explore the more touristy places from here (train journey to Varenna is only 10 minutes).

The location is very good because the house is very near to the train station and to the lake. This was important for us because we travelled by public transport. The room was very comfortable. It was a bit warm at night but there was a fan what was very useful. Everything we needed for a few days stay was available.
