Easy check in procedure. Clear instructions received in advance. Host Emmanuel was very helpful. It was easy to communicate with him, always available to respond. He even allowed me to stay in the apartment until I was ready to head to the airport for my flight.

The hotel is in an excellent location very close to Labadi beach. You have a lovely view of the sea from the balcony and rooftop area. The pool area was fantastic with sun loungers and shaded areas. The hotel has a modern feel with fan and air conditioning. A safe and secure compound. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great staff. Very understanding and considerate. I had a problem with my AC and I was upgraded to a bigger room with no extra charges. Late check out was allowed with no extra charges. I really enjoyed my stay.

The beds were large and comfortable, and so we're the rooms. There is a nice kitchen area with hob and microwave. Also a washing machine, dining area and lounge. Air con too. Nice 2 bed ensuite, with additional toilet. Nice are - though we got a little lost on way. Staff member who lives on site was very helpful.

All the meals at The Jamaica Inn were delicious. A lovely selection of food and the we were asked what we'd prefer to eat for meals, very thoughtful service.
