It’s the small things that make all the difference. Biscuits and tea in the room, eating breakfast in the garden, a water cooler at the entrance (and sweets), pillow options on the bed. When we arrives rachel was absolutely lovely very chatty warm and welcoming the room was warm clean and beds were comfortable it was a perfect location right on the seafront with plenty to do we will definitely be visiting Bensons guest house again couldn't meet a nicer lady than rachel 😀

Friendly and caring owners. Even though I didn't order breakfast the landlady prepared a doggy bag for me and placed it infront of my door. :) Free parking, great pub just over the road
