Really nice little place with very friendly and helpful staff. We had the rooftop balcony which had great views - it was a shame the weather wasn't better.

I really liked how friendly the staff were. I cam in a bit early and they booked me into the room early. The breakfast was really good. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay here again if I came to Brighton.

I just arrived at 11 pm as it is unexpectedly organised trip down from London just after another business to attend an educational course in Brighton the next morning. The hosts are very kind and lovely. I just expect that I could collect the key or passcode that I can go into the accommodation and I really don't want to wake them up at 11pm. However, they are very kind, warm and nice to me. Micheal even made a cup of tea for me and they gave me departing postcard which I kept it in my treasure box ( My secret shoe box for all cards). Thank you very much for amazing stay.
