The apartment is on the top floor and the pictures do not do it justice. The outside space was fabulous to relax and go sun during the day. It’s very clean, well maintained and has great facilities. The parking is excellent just across the road. The location of the apartment is right in the centre. Alberto was an amazing host who gave great information. Would recommend.

First what I want to mention, that the apartment is fully equipped, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment is very clear and tidy, the bed is highly comfortable. Amazing view from balcony to the Bay of Biscay (Mar Cantábrico). Very attentive and hospitable host, willing to help any time. We are planning to come back and will absolutely choose this apartment again, it's highly recommended.

Our stay at this apartment was exceptionally lovely! Thanks a lot to Carlos for helping with everything. The apartment was very comfortable for our family. The apartment was very clean, stylish and comfortable, we found everything we needed and even toys for our daughter in the apartment and some welcome sweets! The bed linen was perfectly fresh and there were a lot of dishes in the kitchen, super! Five minutes to the beach, a very beautiful and clean area of Gijon. Gijon in general seems to be limited for high end accommodation. Last year we stayed in Le Moderne Hotel across the road and the overall experience was somewhat disappointing. We were very pleased to rent this apartment this year instead, and would definitely repeat again. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the best accommodation in Gijon.
