The kitchen was fully equipped, and we received a complimentary bottle of wine that was very nice. We enjoyed having the car parked right on the door step. It's located 6-8 min drive from the city centre or 5 min from Camara dos Lobos and provided with a parking lot (you absolutely need a car to reach the place).

She made sure we had everything we needed, leaving some tasty bananas for us, and giving us fresh towels after our trip to Porto Moniz pools. The apartment is very well situated, only a two minute walk to a large supermarket, and 5 minutes from the centre of Funchal. It is a very spacious space with an excellent shower and a large bed. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or make lunches to take on the beautiful hikes! We had a wonderful time.
