Maybe location is not comfortable for everybody, but if you arrive with a car, it is not a problem. We had a problem with a door lock. The problem was solved instantly. We were 6 adults, 1 child and 1 dog. Sofa was really comfortable, beds are also comfortable, we all slept well. Dining table was good size to have breakfast or dinner for all of us.

A great apartment building — modern and high-tech! Check-in is done through a special terminal with multiple language options. The building and the apartment are both very modern and comfortable. You can completely block out the light, everything is clean and convenient, and all the essentials are provided. Overall, amazing apartments!

The location is perfect — right between the old town and a lively street full of restaurants, with everything you need close by. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It had a really welcoming vibe, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. I’m 100% coming back next time I’m in Warsaw.

The apartment hotel is located in a good area close to the restaurants and 15mins by foot to the Central Station. The help desk staff, Aleksandra is very kind and assisted us very well, especially with early check in and luggage handling as well, and we are appreciative for the good customer care. The main entrance staff are different from the hotel services, but the young receptionists were all kind, helpful, spoke English and assisted us find good places to dine and walk about. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy, and having the coffee machine was a plus. The living area was good and one can work and rest as well. The tub was great and the toilet was clean. The entrance to the room.is safe with a door card only for guests, which is great. I highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the great service.
