We loved the location, although we had to walk several minutes with our luggage, it was definitely worth it because the location was excellent! Juan, the host was such a great host and a great person, he made our stay 10 times better. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy! Definitely recommend.

Everything that you need is in a short walk (less then 5 min to store, bakery, restaurants, city centre). If you want to go to old town... again, 5 minute walk. At the same time it has distance from the main road, so not noisy at all. The house itself, perfect, clean, convenient with a cosy balcony and a small garden in front. Host was the most helpfull host I encountered so far. Thank you Ksenija for the support at all stages of our stay and helping with every question we had. If you want calm, rest type of vacation this place hits 10/10! Will stay here next time Ill be in Kotor

The location of the hotel was very close to the touristic locations. The parking area was really useful since it might be a little hard to find parking spaces in Kotor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Also Luka was really helpful in anything we needed!

Lovely apartment with all the comforts of home. Air-conditioning in the living area and bedroom plus shutters on the balcony door and windows made sure we kept cool. The swimming pool on the roof, along with deck chairs and a fantastic view, were well used during the very warm days. Easy drive into Kotor and surrounds. The host was gracious and ensured we had everything we needed. I'm happy to return.

Parking on property. Location was just by the bay so you could go swimming in less than 30 seconds. Hosts were helpful. Bit of stairs to walk up if you have knee issues or you’re old. But we were fine with it

The owner was extremely kind and understanding — he wasn’t upset at all despite our significant delay. He told us a lot about the area, gave us great advice about parking, beaches, and places to visit. He even treated us to some local products and always spoke with us with a big smile. The apartments were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — and the view was simply unforgettable. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. We highly recommend this place and truly hope to come back one day! 10/10! Amazing!
