Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome, and their warmth and courtesy truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with such genuine kindness—it’s something you simply can’t thank enough. The rooms were stunning, the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because every moment was a reminder of how exceptional this place is. We’re deeply grateful to the staff and the owner for making our short stay so memorable!

Place seems to be new, if not, it’s well maintained. Modern setup, security codes for doors, good wifi connection, good lighting, and ventilation, bidet in the bathroom is a plus! Complete amenities with toiletries, few equipments and stuff for cooking, hot drinks etc, even the cutleries seems posh. Use of washing machine and dryer and even flat iron were very helpful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and responds very quickly, helpful with anything.

Short answer, liked everything. Long answer. Home was excelent, facilities, location, host. Everything that you need is in a short walk (less then 5 min to store, bakery, restaurants, city centre). If you want to go to old town... again, 5 minute walk. At the same time it has distance from the main road, so not noisy at all. The house itself, perfect, clean, convenient with a cosy balcony and a small garden in front. Host was the most helpfull host I encountered so far. A wonderful hotel with a stunning view! We truly loved our stay. Looking on the breathtaking view of the Bay of Kotor was unforgettable. The sea is just steps away, and we really enjoyed spending time by the water. Ana was incredibly kind and helpful – she made us feel genuinely welcome and even checked in with us later during our trip to see how we were doing. That personal touch meant a lot. There are free bicycles available for guests, which was a great way to explore the area, and having private parking right next to the property was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and warm experience.
