The location is exceptional, the apartments are spacious, clean, bright, the staff very well trained and kind. I would like to specially mention Corina (reception) for the kindness and professionalism with which she gave us absolutely all the information for a splendid vacation. The hotel also has an alpaca farm. ❤ It should be emphasized (for the winter) that the hotel is right next to the gondola that leads to the ski area.

Everything was perfect. The room is big, clean, confy, perfect. The view is "big city life", what i love,the bed was confortable, the pilows also, a lot of amenities in the bathroom, i slept perfect 9h. We left the car at "parcheggio matteotti", and just around the corner is the residence, super easy to find. And you look down and you see the back of the Duomo, we walk everywhere, it was super nice. The staff was helpfull and really nice, i loved it, and i recomend to everyone. Next time in milano i will go there 😉

Breakfast is in the room already, we found good coffee , some crackers and biscuits ,and in the fridge we found ham ,cheese ,milk, yogurt, juice ,water. Caroline insist to wait for the fresh croissants in the morning but we left a bit early ,we chose to go earlier to the airport but was nice to know that someone does his best that you feel spoiled in holiday. Thank you Caroline, we couldn't wait for more!
