The place itself is very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like a microwave, air conditioning, a TV with Disney+, and more. It’s truly an excellent place to stay!

There are security entrance gates and a designated parking place located right on the banks of the River Tiber (a short walk up some steps to see the great view) The apartment is ground floor with a private sunny garden to sit out and relax. Extremely clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Perfect for us 🤩 Communication with the owner Cristiana is excellent, who met us on arrival, very kindly allowed us to check-in early and gave us alot of helpful information for the apartment and surrounding area - restaurants etc. We only stayed one night before our flight home, but we'd happily stay longer for sure - next time! Federica was very welcoming and had the apartment brilliantly prepared for us. We only stayed one night unfortunately but would've happily stayed for longer as I found the place very relaxing. She also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport in the early hours of the morning.

At the apartment complex, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. The common areas (which were never busy and felt private most of the time) had a beautiful view to enjoy the sunset.

So location is perfect if you need to be near airport. Beach was close by as well (10 min drive) .
