Everything was spotless, well-organized, and gave a luxurious feel. A special thank you to Yuliya , who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. Her support made everything easier and more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location of the property is also fantastic — quiet, safe, and very convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

場所は完璧。窓が開けられとても静かでした。駅から徒歩7分。オールドタウンの中にあって普通のアパートの1室を見事にリノベートした部屋です。わざと1部ペンキを塗り残した場所がアクセントになって、イタリア人のセンスの良さに見とれてしまいました。書かれてはいませんでしたが、朝食券がついていて、500メートルほど離れた路上のカフェでカフェオレとクロワッサンが食べられます。ブッフェなどを期待する方には物足りないかもしれませんが、私の理想の朝食がまさにこれなので大満足でした。ホテルの快適さとは全然別の、まるでイタリアの住人になったかのようなわくわく感があり特別な宿です。人に会わないと安心できないので、オフィースまで行ってチェックインのっ方法を聞いたのですが、彼らはとても親切で、単にシステムが若い人向きにできているのが問題なのだとおもいます。しかし、すべてが予想外の展開ですごく楽しみました。飛びぬけて素敵な宿です。
