When you first arrive, you may be a little confused, because you have to drive through a small street in the heart of Marina Di Campo, where it seems to be only pedestrian, but after you pass this, you drive up a remote dirt road to a private hill top, where you have access to a private beach, but you are still 5 minutes from the center of town for all your needs (markets, restaurants, shopping, clubs, bars, etc). Be also advised that to go to and from the beach, you have to walk down/up a steep hill.
