The modernly furnished apartments of Kis Residence - Adults Only come with air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with a stove, and seating and dining areas. Each unit also comprises a private bathroom fitted with either a bath or a shower, and also include a hair dryer. The beach is 1 minute away by walking. There are good restaurants nearby. The host gave us a lot of good recommendations. The home-made breakfast is really tasty and with local products.

We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, big livingroom and a full kitchen, that we used for making breakfasts. All rooms and balcony were furnished and in good condition. Two parking spaces were provided in the basement of our building and many activities (gym, pool, beach club, sporting courts) were included in the rental price. Check-in was easy, staff were very friendly and helpful and found solutions to every little issue. They co-operate with local company who provides transport with electric golg carts (vehicles) to Korcula port and old town for reasonable price. So no need to travel to town with a car and have trouble finding a parking space.
