The apartment was amazing – clean, cozy, and very comfortable to stay in. The host was always available, replied quickly, and even recommended some great places to visit. And the view from the window… just wow, especially at night – I fell in love with it right away. Definitely recommend!

Archil is an amazingly kind-hearted host. He welcomed us with great care and even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift the first day. He is very helpful and reassuring if you need any facilities or help. The property itself definitely went beyond my expectations. There are 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and both floors have their own AC. There is a beautiful terrace, a clean and warm bathroom, cozy furniture, and a complete kitchen for yourself if you want to cook some meals indoors. We stayed 8 days and to be honest never had any problems. The neighborhood is quite calm and although there are some buildings that look old and damaged, the house itself is very new. It only requires a 15-20min walk to reach the main liberty square of Tbilisi and there are some supermarkets in the 5-10 minute range (called SPAR). We also rented a car and parked it outside in front of the house and there were no problems. P.S the view from the balcony is awesome!

It takes you about 20 minutes by foot to get to the old part of the city. However, it is also very easy (and cheap) to get around by Bolt. There are many taxi’s available. I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.

Wonderful stay! The owner was very welcoming and lovely, with fast and excellent communication throughout. The room was beautiful, cosy, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, central yet peaceful. Next time I'm in Tbilisi, I'm definitely staying at Eva's Pavaroti again. Highly recommended!

Our daughter already misses the place! A big thank you to Inaa for making our stay so enjoyable — kudos to you! We’d love to come back again soon.
