Archil is an amazingly kind-hearted host. He welcomed us with great care and even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift the first day. He is very helpful and reassuring if you need any facilities or help. The property itself definitely went beyond my expectations. There are 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and both floors have their own AC. There is a beautiful terrace, a clean and warm bathroom, cozy furniture, and a complete kitchen for yourself if you want to cook some meals indoors. We stayed 8 days and to be honest never had any problems. The neighborhood is quite calm and although there are some buildings that look old and damaged, the house itself is very new. It only requires a 15-20min walk to reach the main liberty square of Tbilisi and there are some supermarkets in the 5-10 minute range (called SPAR). We also rented a car and parked it outside in front of the house and there were no problems. P.S the view from the balcony is awesome!

Its very chic hotel, what u see in pic is what you really gonna get. The hotel itself is perfectly renovated. The wc is almost compete except for a bidet. The location is few miles away from center but taxi is cheap so it doesnt matter.

The apartment is very cozy, set up in a Georgian style. It has all of the necessary equipment and the view from the terrace is great. The best thing about it is the staff, Victoria the host is very helpful with anything you need, and the housekeeper is such a sweetheart even though she doesn't speak English.

The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious (around 50–60 m²), modern, spotless, and filled with natural light. Everything you might need — including a fully equipped kitchen — is there and in great condition. What impressed me most was the warmth and hospitality of Mariam at reception. She made me feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. If you’re booking through Booking.com, take a closer look at this place — the views, the comfort, the people… you’ll feel right at home.
