Everything feels brand new and modern. Everything works perfectly and the apartment is incredibly comfortable. Location is great too, only a short walk to the main areas in Tbilisi and to lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The view from the terrace is so nice as well. Also the owners are very friendly, nice and helpful! They even gave us some of their own really tasty wine! Overall the place was so great we extended our stay to stay much longer.

Its very chic hotel, what u see in pic is what you really gonna get. The hotel itself is perfectly renovated. The wc is almost compete except for a bidet. The location is few miles away from center but taxi is cheap so it doesnt matter.

The host, Victoria, amazing and was very helpful with different recommendations regarding the restaurants, the place to visit etc. The possibility to use private sauna and little pool was highly appreciated!

A recently renovated property, Apartment 1905 in Tbilisi, Avlabari is located in Tbilisi City near Sameba Cathedral, Presidential Palace and Saint George's Armenian Cathedral. With city views, this accommodation features a patio. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. I love the property beyond my expectation clean and sanitize well. Staying there feels like home. Very comfortable and cozy place highly recommended. The owner really nice and caretaker they are hospitable and approachable. If you need anything she replied. Peaceful and calm area you can really rest and relax. Nearby the attractions 10mins away walking. I'm surely to book again there and recommended with my friends. Very safe place 🇬🇪. 💯😍❤️

We liked absolutely everything during our stay at Eva's Pavaroti, starting with very kind and helpful host, who shared her knowledge abt the place with us, best wine that we have tried in Georgia, 300 years old building, that other tourists took pictures of and we lived in, and even elder mistery hidden behind the wall (but i won't spoil the surprise :)). What else? Clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of old Tbilisi, three gorgeous cats in the courtyard (they love milk and hotdog sausages). I will never forget this stay, it was for sure sth more than just a staying in the hotel, it was an important part of our georgian adventure. I recommend this apartment to all my friends, and if i visit Tbilisi again, i would like to stay there again. Thank you for everything, Nini !!!
