It is within the walk distance to all the attractions in the city. Because it is a luxury apartment, it has everything we need including washer and dryer, which is very convenient for longer stay. Maybe right now it is an "off season", the price is also very reasonable given the location and the condition of this place. We absolutely loved this place.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Very easy to find and a very convenient location. Luggage storage was perfect, as we got there a bit early. The apartment was well-apportioned and had everything we needed. The only thing missing, but certainly not a deal breaker, was a hair dryer.

Quiet, relaxing, beautiful, comfortable and well equipped for short or long stays. A quick hop on the tram to all the best Edinburgh attractions. Loved being outside the city center yet so close to everything. Felt like coming home at the end of day full of sight seeing. Really appreciated having a full bed and a separate bedroom for our kid.

It is set 400 metres from Edinburgh Playhouse and offers a 24-hour front desk. The apartment has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Our 3-night stay at Forth House was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so comfortable, clean and calm, and the location was perfect: super close to Picardy Place tram station, great breakfast cafes around the corner, short stroll to Stockbridge and Old Town. We were lucky to receive a free upgrade to a super spacious executive one-bedroom suite on the 5th floor with two terraces. It overlooked an alley with bars but we had no noise problems at all. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely book Forth House again for future visits to Edinburgh!
