We got an upgrade to a larger apartment, at no cost. It had a bedroom, a living room (with a comfortable sofa for two,a table with two chairs, a cofee table), a bathroom and a kitchen with table and sitting for three) Beatiful view towards greenish Hutchinson square, the sea and parts of the city.

We’ve stayed in many properties on the Isle of Man and this one has by far the best ‘finish’ we’ve ever seen. It’s like staying in a super premium hotel. The bathroom in particular feels very luxurious. Both beds are incredibly comfortable and there’s lots of nice touches like fancy soaps in the bathroom and milk in the fridge ready to go plus chocolates on the bed. The check in was also really easy. We loved that the door had code to type in rather than a key, we arrived late at night so this made things really easy. The touchpad itself on the door is really premium which sets the tone for your whole stay. Andy and Steph are also really lovely. They welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. We didn’t have any problems but they’d have been on hand to help straight away had any arisen.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it is al very modern and beautifully finished. The cooking facilities were a real bonus for us and the kitchen was also sufficiently equipped with cookware. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the desk came in real handy as an extra workspace for part of our stay.
