They are incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrive. Their attention to detail and care for guests are evident in every aspect of the stay. Additionally, the guesthouse offers amenities such as ski equipment storage. The proximity to the area's ski lifts and the SkiBus stop right in front of the guesthouse makes access to the slopes very easy. In short, Pensão Synek provides a comfortable and cozy stay, combining modern facilities with the warm hospitality of a dedicated family. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Špindlerův Mlýn.

Fully equipped kitchen and I mean really fully equipped I could only miss nespresso/coffe machine that one may expect from this level- full set of glassware/kitchenware, e.t.c. that we had not used but it was there. Very comfortable beds/sheets,e.t.c. Great breakfast and alternative to old reviews they do have both a coffee machine and American style filter coffee. A bottle of prosecco on ice was also nice. They managed to squeeze full breakfast into the available space - we had nothing to comply about. There is a nice lobby with terrace to the river side. You get one parking space and 90 minutes of wellness/spa access from morning till 17:00 on the roof.

We enjoyed the stay very much - so many space, all facilities are so new amd in this apartament everything is planned and set up till tiny miscelaneous. Super clean and fresh. The trails are nearby, it’s very comfortable. Also good restaurant downstairs. The staff of hotel is very friendly and kind. We will come back next year!!!

The main problem is that during the time of our stay most of the restaurants are nearly empty in late-night hours due to pre-season period.
