Kunsthalle Krems is 1.2 km away. Nice building and surroundings, well equipped room with A/C, fridge, coffee and tea maker. Detailed instructions how to enter a room and where to park a car sent in advance. A bigger free parking place is just 200m behind the corner with signs to display who should park where (some old BMW car parked on our parking space ignoring the sign, but fortunately, the parking place was not full and there were another unoccupied spaces to park a car).

A very kind and considerate host who also makes various products from his own orchards and pairs his commitment to tradition with a modern approach in both hosting and producing various drinks and foods from local fruit

Great location, close to the center and a good supermarket, very very quiet and private, in a charming street, with a private minigarden. Equipped with everything imaginable. Krems is the best town in the area for exploring the Wachau. Matthias is the nicest and most attentive host with great tips. Also, the apartment was very cool in the middle of a heatwave.
