When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!! I did not expect there will be a 24/7 reception - and especially with so kind staff. I really loved staying there! And if you wish, you may get a welcome drink. This is truly marvellous. If I ever need to stay in Hanoi again, I will definetly go here. The location and views are astonishing. And the neighbourhood is extremely calm and inspiring. If you get the chance, you may definetly want to visit the rooftop - it looks very nice.
