Very well designed apartment with all facilities, and very helpful suggestions and instructions from the owners. It’s basement level but not dark, and we felt very much at home. Parking right outside the door too.

The quiet neighborhood had close access to lovely walks on the university campus, a nearby park with a pond, and a good coffee shop (Turtle Rock). Even an easy walk for us to the historic downtown area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a good kitchen. The owner was responsive.

Excellent location and very cute retro apartment. We loved the kitchen, which was very well stocked with all the appliances and kitchen tools we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very easy. Walking distance from the university and downtown. It was also very quiet.

I love the fact that it's a historical condo and it's fully furnished. The condo is well maintained and the property is very close to downtown.

They seemed to have just about anything you could need for your stay there. Extra soaps, extra bedding, even fans and sound machines for the bedrooms. It is a cute little basement apartment close to University. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.
