The apartment is at an amazing location right in the middle of the center of Nis, allowing you to travel the city by foot easily. The apartment itself was clean and accessorized for our needs. The host was extremely nice, helpful and attentive. Defiantly a worthy apartment to stay in!

My room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Luka is a very friendly and welcoming host who also speaks fluent English. The location is perfect for the railway station, which is a 10 minute walk away. There are some handy shops nearby. It was excellent value for money and I would stay here again if visiting Nis.

Amazing place! Big living room/kitchen with all that you might need, comfortable bedroom with ability to make total blackout if you want to, big terrace. All the furniture and things are completely new, the interior is very stylish and the apartment has really all that you need (we cooked so we really appreciated that). And Lazar was very kind and helpful.

An excellent apartment, with plenty of space ( large and comfortable living area with well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom) and an outside terrace with views over the neighbourhood towards the hills in the distance. There is even a garage if you arrive by car, and for those arriving by bus it is only a short walk from the bus station. The apartment is in a lovely quiet residential area but only a short walk from the centre of Nis and the old fortress. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and waiting for us on our arrival as the apartment is next to their home in a separate annexe.

A recently renovated property, Family Home Niš, FREE parking is located in Niš near Niš Fortress, National Theatre in Niš and Monument to the Liberators of Nis.

The apartment was very modern, clean. We were 4 people so the two of us had to sleep on the pullout couch which was very comfortable. The host prepared for all of us enough towels, sheets and very comfortable pillows. The kitchen had everything you may need, from two types of coffee,tea, cutlery, fancy wine glasses, soap, to a stove where you can heat up water or anything you’d like. There was fast Wi-Fi and a smart tv with option to link to Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom was very clean. It had a hair dryer, many towels, the shower was comfortable and had hot water. The toilet paper was stocked. Regarding parking spaces, you could actually park in front of the building if you download an app to pay for the green zone there so it would cost you 450 din for a whole day which is around 3,8€. If you can’t pay with the app there is a payed parking lot around 10 mins away by foot. The host was kind and positive. You need to prepare the payment in cash. The apartment was on the second floor of the building. Last but not least the apartment is 10 mins away by foot of the city Center, so you basically don’t need any transportation. Also, there were very delicious fast food places, coffee shops and pharmacies near the building. And for maximum comfort they had a whole supermarket right next to the entrance of the building.

TEO exceeded our expectations by far! The host is great, and the place is great! Clean, high standard, and 100 meters from the very heart of the city. One thing is for sure. We will visit again and when we do, there are no doubts about where we will live. We were upgraded to something I would like to call a 5-star apartment. All the luxury that comes with a 5-star hotel with a small difference. Being an apartment, it had a very nice and modern kitchen, spacious and beautiful as the rest of the apartment. It was truly a vacation where we got some well-deserved rest, made possible due to the high standard of the apartment, and the hospitality of the host. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable by providing an oasis to thrive in. There are no doubts. Next time we visit, we will stay here. There's no need to look for something else.
