We had a great experience staying in this brand new, clean, and comfortable building. The apartment was well-equipped, and the elevator made access easy. There’s dedicated parking, which was very convenient, especially for travelers arriving by car. The location is also excellent, with easy access to and from the highway, making it a perfect stopover. Our host, Milan, was extremely kind and friendly, making us feel very welcome from the start. A nice bonus was a great Serbian restaurant just about 15 minutes away on foot, where we enjoyed an authentic local meal. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Niš.

The apartment’s location is hard to beat – it sits right in the centre of Niš, above the pedestrian street, so everything from King Milan Square to the main shopping promenade is just a short walk away booking.com . The apartment is clean, comfortable, well furnished. It has all essential facilties for cooking, the beds are comfortable. Free parking space is available nearby, which is a great plus for the central area of Nish. The hosts are very friendly and gave us warm welcome with homemade brandy, coffee, candies.
