Very good owners with nice behaviours and always ready to help any time without hesitation, This property is so good that everyone should at least try once, Rooms are clean, we got our own kitchen too, hospitality is very good, Many time I have been to Pokhara but this hotel was first time for me so whenever I will go to Pokhara , this will be mine only one choice to stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The room was perfect - very spacious and comfortable. It is new, well-designed and modern and they keep it super clean. It was cleaned regularly during my stay and the hosts were very helpful when I needed anything. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Lakeside, close to get to the lakefront and many lovely food places and shops. It had a lovely mountain view and felt very private. Wifi was great (I used it everyday for video calls for work without an issue. The value for money is very high and this is easily the best place I stayed in Nepal, maybe even in my whole 6 months in Asia. I would definitely recommend it! I'll be back next time I am in Pokhara.

Super friendly and helpful family. Great kitchen and value for the money in general. Apartment is new and well made, got everything to cook. Wifi fast, hot water stable, water pressure good. I believe it's best option in Pokhara ;)

The location was perfect, very close to Lakeside and our host has taken care of every possible need. The shower was wonderful, hot and plenty of water. The bed was very comfy. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the afternoon sun. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it. Very close to a supermarket, shops and we love eating and 'You and Me' just up the road. (Awesome restaurant, great menu selection and excellent meals and prices! We ate there most nights!) We could do laundry and cook if we wanted and our host cooked breakfast each day and ensured we had whatever we wanted. I love not being in a big hotel, but living in the suburbs. We recommend it here, very reasonably priced. :)

I truly enjoyed my stay at Thupten's place. The apartment and room, adorned with beautiful Tibetan furniture, are absolutely gorgeous and feel like a little wonderland upon arrival. Every detail in the room is so carefully prepared and maintained that it makes you want to take care of the space in return. Thupten himself is a genuinely caring host who ensures a pleasant experience. This was truly one of the most unique stays I have ever experienced!

We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment at POM's Penthouse which was perfect for our family. Facilities were good and the view(when the skies were clear) from the balcony/roof top of the Himalaya were excellent. Close to Lakeside and food shops etc.. Thank you to the staff for making our stay very pleasant.
