VERY nice place - wish we would have had more time there... extremely clean with all that was necessary for a great stay. The location is super with only 5 minutes to shops and restaurants/cafes. Has own courtyard to relax in too! Vincent was very accommodating and friendly. Hope to stay there again!

We had a great time! The location is great: the flat is right on the harbour in a beautiful quiet village, yet only half an hour from Amsterdam by bus. The flat was clean, had everything one needs, and the hosts were friendly.

Excellent location with great cafes / restaurants just around the corner. Communication with owner is by phone but helpful . Modern bright clean well equipped apartment, though provision of an iron would be good. Comfortable bed and pillows. We would stay again.

We loved this beautiful holiday home right on the riverside. Our hosts were really helpful when we arrived and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Monnickendam is very pretty with lovely places to eat and perfectly located for a trip to Amsterdam which we did on the bus in 30 mins. We explored Volhendam, Edam and Marken by bike. Fabulous stay would 100% recommend. Thanks Joke and Peter 😍

Lovely location within the old town, very close to facilities but also not far from bus stops. Enjoyed the loft room, little bit quirky. great to have two shower rooms/toilets, unusual in a two bedroom place. Large table outside to enjoy eating out when the sun shone. Exceptionally helpful host. The pictures don't really do it justice.

The hospitality of Harry and Astrid was exceptional! Astrid provided airport transportion upon arrival and departure along with a ride to Amsterdam Central for us to meet an early tour. She also provided us with directions to get around the area including bus, train, metro and tram numbers. She was a life saver! Having Harry on site was a plus when the TV remote needed batteries! Apartment was very clean and convenient to town.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful little town. Very clean and relaxing. The town has pubs and restaurants with a brewery selling their beers and food close by. Really enjoyed my stay here. Used it as a base to cycle nearby towns. House as secure bike storage and hosts are helpful.

Very beautiful and calm location not far away from Amsterdam. Nice small village, very friendly, nice bars. Regarding the apartment although its small it has everything you need. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
