I had the pleasure to be the first guest of clayleaf apartments and I loved my stay here so much! It felt like my second home away from home, the apartment is super stylish and Danujaya put so much love in this place with attention to details. He and his family are very kind (for example one night his mother cooked dinner for me) and Danujaya replied fast to my messages and was very helpful. He is planning on opening a café upstairs and opening four more apartments. The apartment had everything I needed - a kitchen, a small outdoor area, a cozy bed and a nice bathroom. I stayed here for almost three weeks and I will for sure return here when I come back to Sri Lanka. Thank you Danujaya 🌞

I really appreciated extra amenities like pool towels, well equipped kitchen which made my mornings before surfing very easy. There is a big table so if you feel like getting to know people, you can enjoy meals together:) There is also space to do yoga and the pool was a great spot to chill by! Sami was a great host and shared with me great places to eat and have a good coffee.I got some tips for super nice empty beaches. She organized for me scooter and even a taxi to get to safari. I can highly recommend !

Out Room in Sanka Villa was perfect! A big king size bed, working AC and Fan, 2 towels per person, a good equipped kitchen for cooking and a freezer, and the best part: good water pressure in the bathroom and a hot shower! there’s also a washing machine and hanger to make your own laundry, couldn’t wish for more. The lady and her daughter are lovely and very friendly. when we asked for detergent they got us some quickly and for free. we extended our stay for one more night and if I go back to weligama Id want to stay here again. It was very comfortable and I Loved to stay here! And all this For a verry good price! I’ve had more expensive hostels that are not even comparable to the room.
