We loved out stay at Emma’s House! Met by Anna at the apartment who was lovely and very informative. Beautiful old building freshly renovated. Kitchen facility available with all amenities. Cosy and warm for winter. Excellent location to wander canals and explore Venice. Lots of restaurants, bakery and supermarket near by. Highly recommend staying here. Everything was great, a space and great clean apartment, the Hote Lonela was lovely with a lot of precious information for the city. The flat is surrounded by a couple of restaurants and commodities and 20 min by walk to be at the heart of Venise.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! I booked this property because of the view and lovely rustic features, on the day I landed I received a message to inform me that this property was unavailable and he had arranged for a separate apartment. This was a studio flat which was tiny and had no views. There was no hot water for 24 hours and it was dark and dingy. I was promised a refund and then he stopped replying to me.

Adriana was the perfect host. We booked last minute and she accomodated this perfectly. The apartment could not have been better positioned just off the Grand Canal. The entrance way is stunning and flat very comfortable. Adriana made the whole experience simple and easy and we loved our short stay in beautiful Venice! We will definitely try to get back in January next year.

Perfect location in the heart of everything and right by the Ca D Oro boat stop. Access was easy and Carlos (owner) really helpful and communicative (through Whatsapp which was the app of choice for all our trip with hotels and car rental etc). Apartment really clean, great rooms and views. Nice well maintained kitchen for self catering. Couple of decent bars close by and a few restaurants.
