The apartment was very spacious the location was great, the view to the lake was stunning, i would say you need a car if you want to be able to visit more places if you are restricted to ferry times can be a little annoying but still doable, stayed in Dec/Jan for new years eve be mindful there is nothing open in Tremezzo itself hardly any shops and no restaurants but if you have a car this is not an issue.

Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in lovely Bellano, close to the train station and lake shore, supermarket across the road. The apartment is a good size, really clean and modern and well equipped. We loved our stay here - and Bellano is a great base for Lake Como, much nicer than the busier lake towns

The host was extremely helpful: he provided clear instruction, always answered quickly and was super friendly. The view from this apartment is breathtaking: we were lucky with weather, so we could see lots of stars. The apartment itself was very clean, everything listed on Booking was there (besides basics like dishes and cutlery there were coffee capsules, prosecco, water and basic spices/oil for cooking). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We really enjoyed our stay there! Also the host provided a car service for additional payment, which was very convenient.

We had the best time during our stay, the apartment was perfect in every aspect. Beautiful view from the terrace and from the windows, equipped with everything needed, clean and comfy rooms. We had a wonderful stay at Bellagio. The small separate house had everything we needed, with the perfect combination of spaciousness and coziness. Although the location was about a 15-minute walk to the coast, the peacefulness and stunning views made the walk an enjoyable experience. Andrea, our host, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed explanations and excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and bakeries. The accommodation was impeccably clean and offered tranquil surroundings with beautiful views of the lake from the green surroundings of the loft. The neighboring family was equally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the area.

My solo trip to Lake Como was made unforgettable by my stay at this gem of an apartment. Perched right on the lake's edge, the location was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views that were worth every penny. The apartment was immaculately clean, with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. The room was incredibly well-equipped, truly feeling like a home away from home. Beyond the usual amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and quality toiletries, it also featured a full kitchen setup. All cooking utensils were provided, along with a coffee machine and coffee pods, so you may enjoy a morning brew with a view. The check-in process was incredibly simple and and the host was absolutely fantastic. He was readily available if I needed anything, though everything was so well-organized that I didn't need to call on him. Host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat on Lake Como with the option for self-catering and a truly outstanding host, this hotel is an absolute must stay!
