The host is also very warm and communication is also great. There are supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes nearby which make the holiday much easier.

Very spatious and modern appartment, confortably furnished, kitchen fully functional. 3 minutes to the bus, and 20 minutes travel by bus and the funny tramway with only one single rail to the heart of Venice. The host Giuseppe gave us very good indications for our stay in Venice. All in all: very good place to be, we will for sure come back.

It was a nice experience. It has three big rooms and a very nice kitchen. Rooms and toilets are really clean. Outside of Venice, it only takes a 15-minute train ride to reach the center. A great alternative considering Venice's expensive hotels. This place, run by a very sweet mother and daughter, is really worth trying.
