It is a modern near new apartment. It was great to have space and facilities like a washing machine. Parking is free in nearby street. We were met at the apartment by Samuel who helped us with luggage. Very convenient to everything in the town.

Great, small unit in COBH in a very central location.. Couple of great little spots.. "The merchant Man" for local GAA club gear and great local info and Kellys Bar for a good pint. Super easy to get into. loved this place.

There was nothing to like about this property it was in a poor location with lack of parking facilities. The property is not fit for purpose and is not suitable for Holiday stays, the Bathroom was particularly in a very poor unhygienic condition I don't understand how this property is allowed to advertise for letting is unbelievable. It breaches all planning regulations.
