Beautifully decorated room! Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was finished to a very high standard. Christina was super lovely and welcoming and give us lots of information about the best restaurants and tours on the island. She also quickly delivered us an iron one evening when we needed a shirt pressed. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is externally simple, even if it has a beautiful historic tree in front of it, but inside the rooms are really very well structured. Every day the room, conditioned very well, is cleaned in its entirety and the towels are changed. The bathroom is optimally sized and well laid out. The location of the structure is good because it allows you to be in a very busy centre, but away from the noise of passing cars; it is close to Zakynthos and there are numerous Rent a Car facilities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beaches in the south-east of Zakynthos which are nothing short of wonderful: above all we preferred San Nikolaos, after the beautiful and well-known Banana Beach. There are many places where you can eat well and with a quality/price ratio that is really difficult to find in other parts of Europe. Last but not least, we would like to dedicate a few words to Dimitri and Roza, who were simply wonderful: their care for our problems; their attentions to the smallest details; their constant presence, have transformed a beautiful holiday into a wonderful experience! Thank you with all my heart!!!

We had very pleasant stay here. The room was nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed (fridge/freezer, electric cooker,…). Location was great as it was close to restaurants and shops on the main street and also to sandy beach (where you can see turtles in the water if you are not afraid to swim a little further from the beach). We really enjoyed our holiday here thanks to friendly Vasiliki, her husband and their daughter.

We had a wonderful stay at Hector's Sudios. The location was perfect – within a 5 min walking to restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, etc. The place was spotless, very clean and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was the best accommodation we had in Zakynthos. The room was very clean, it had air conditioning that worked properly, the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything that one would need for a perfect staying (even toothbrush and tiny toothpaste). Also the host left for us fruits, coffee, water, juice, a bottle of wine in the fridge 💚. There is a supermarket right across the street in case one needs anything else. We highly recommend the place :)

This place is a hidden gem. Exceptionally clean and cozy. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Big and beautiful bathroom with incredible shower. Lovely bedroom with extremely comfy bed. Cute little backyard with a lemon tree. 🍋 Very short walk to the centre. Can't encourage people enough to stay here.
