Great value for money. The rooms are standard but clean. The pool with see view - perfect. Vicky, the host,is very kind and pleasant. The stuff is very nice. We took breakfast - basic, but good. The hotel is located in a nice quiet place, near the beach and restaurants.

I liked everything. The vibe and energy is exceptional. Relaxed, welcoming, peaceful and authentic place. I appreciated the cozy comfortable room and bed, the colorful atmosphere, the view, the location just a few steps down to the ocean for great swimming and sun bathing. The staff was super friendly, the food was fresh and tasty (options a bit limited), rooms PERFECTLY clean. And then adorable cats on the property. So sweet and so lovely. Added extra value to my stay. To see animals taken great care of is a good sign of a place. Very nice to walk along the coast. I also hiked up to the Temple of Aphaia, partly on asphalt, partly on gravel through olive tree grounds. Nice. I extended my stay and are already planning on coming back.

This place is one of the most beautiful and authentic Greek places I have ever stayed (and this is my 20th time on a Greek island). Even before booking the owners were fantastic in helping out with any queries and they greeted us with ice cream and gave us all water when we left. The place is very close to a beach that was almost deserted in the middle of July and the tourists there are mainly Greek. The apartment (stayed in the biggest of them) has great views over the ocean and even after 12 nights there I didn’t want to leave. The other woman helping out was very nice too, always friendly and welcoming to my children, they loved her. We loved that the pool was deserted most days, it is not many places that have that in the middle of school break. Also loved the fact that the property has bicycles you can use for free to eg go to the local supermarket (10 minutes by bike). Around a ten minutes walk from the hotel is a great hike into the mountains as well. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed for a week in this wonderful home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house has the authentic charm of traditional Greek architecture and is set in complete peace and quiet, yet just a short and easy walk from the town center. The interior was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — including air conditioning in every room. The garden was absolutely beautiful, featuring a dreamy pool and a grill area that made our evenings special. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming from the very first moment, and even drove us to the port when we left — a gesture we truly appreciated. This house is perfect whether you want to explore the island or simply relax in total privacy. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

From the moment we booked the apartment, we felt truly welcomed – the host are friendly and always ready to help. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from great restaurants and cozy cafés, yet in a peaceful area. The apartment is spotless, bright, and spacious, offering plenty of comfort for four people. Everything was easy and relaxing, making it the perfect base for exploring Aegina. Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

Although our visit to the studio was short, we enjoyed the tranquility, the cleanliness and the wonderful scenery. The location is also very convenient, 5 minutes from the port of Souvala with a daily connection to Athens. Within walking distance there is the market and beaches. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

This family run hotel has exceptional customer service. Spyros is on hand and knows all guests by name. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, nearly all rooms have sea views. We loved the pool and proximity to sea, not sand here but flat rock and piers built make it easy access. The views are amazing and breakfast area is wonderful to sit looking out to sea. Good selection at the breakfast buffet and the pool bar is open all day.

The location was great for access to Souvala and local beaches & ferry to Athens. Our apart was spacious & good for a family of 4. Staff were extremely helpful & went above and beyond to get some property left in the apartment to the main land which we were extremely grateful for.
