Very nice hotel near the city center. We could reach the main station and the subway station in a few minutes on foot. The old town and Fabrica can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Everything is new and looks wonderful. Thank you again!

The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious (around 50–60 m²), modern, spotless, and filled with natural light. Everything you might need — including a fully equipped kitchen — is there and in great condition. What impressed me most was the warmth and hospitality of Mariam at reception. She made me feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. If you’re booking through Booking.com, take a closer look at this place — the views, the comfort, the people… you’ll feel right at home. A very good place in the city centre. The host is really helpful. It has a good share, an AC, a full kitchen, and comes with a private parking in the city centre. You need to contact the host to let you in for the first time, the gate is closed.
