Very clean and beautiful room. Had all amenities, even a toothbrush and toothpaste. Easy check in and check out and safe. It really did exceed our expectations. Located relatively close to the Old City Center, the appartment was perfect for our stay. The owner is one of the most responsive ones I have ever encountered in my travels and super kind. Very helpful and fast in his responses. I would reccomend this accomodation a thousand times.

⸻ I stayed in this apartment hotel in Georgia, almost in the mountains — and it truly felt like home. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious (around 50–60 m²), modern, spotless, and filled with natural light. Everything you might need — including a fully equipped kitchen — is there and in great condition. What impressed me most was the warmth and hospitality of Mariam at reception. She made me feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. If you’re booking through Booking.com, take a closer look at this place — the views, the comfort, the people… you’ll feel right at home.
