The property was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable, generous in size all very new and tastefully appointed bathroom. The host provided everything I could possibly have needed. It felt safe and was a short walk to the local stores and to the South West Coast path.

Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, gloriously quiet and with treats supplied. Living in the West Country, I’m not a big fan of holiday homes decimating villages so the fact that the owners live upstairs and have only very recently started this venture made it even better. There’s great food to be had at the Kings Arms (influenced by the Thai chef) and a handy village store, both close by. Even better, the footpath opposite takes you to the local Woolacombe Dunes parkrun, less than 2 miles away - which was the entire reason for my trip - and rewards you with stunning views out to Lundy Island. I’d be delighted to stay here again.

The apartment is located in such a beautiful location, the views are amazing out over the sea. The apartment is spacious, clean & has everything you need. The beds are large, super comfy with good quality bedding. Both bedrooms are a good size with enough storage. Great touches throughout . The location is a good base for walking or days out ..Would definitely recommend. Perfect!!

Great kitchen, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. All nicely done out and clean except I found cobwebs under the table in the living room. But that was the only thing out of a great apartment and I would stay there again! 😀

Greenclose Flat was a very comfortable, quiet, spotless, light and airy home from home with everything I needed for my stay. Chris and Ruth were friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. It's also not far from the centre of historic Barnstaple which has some great independent shops and cafes and good transport links.

The location was central for everything we wanted to do. It was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spacious. Hosts Amy and Jarred are lovely and provided six fresh eggs from their chickens on arrival.

The studio apartment at the Old Rectory was lovely. Very clean and comfortable with great attention to detail and nice little touches. A home from home. Loved the friendly donkey! Amy the host was super. Very welcoming and helpful

This is a nicely decorated comfortable and spacious holiday apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom has a bath and an great overhead shower. It is in a great location- It is in quiet leafy road but at the top of the road one way takes you into Barnstable in a few minutes and the other to the main roads to explore Devon. The hosts are very nice and friendly.
