The apartment is in a very well maintained and secure building. Few minutes walk to the metro station that connects you directly to the Valencia airport. Located in a lively and central neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk to everything. Modern, minimalistic and elegant space. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great shower, fully equipped kitchen, including a welcome basket filled with tea, coffee capsules, croissants and even jam for a quick, sweet breakfast. Our small apartment on the 3rd floor had 4!!! balconies with city views. A delight for both us, adults, but also for the children. We also had a great experience with the checkin - instructions sent via email and Whatsapp were quick and clear and we even got earlier access into the apartment to leave our luggage and enjoy the city with zero worries. Extremely helpful and considerate staff. Will definitely choose Moontels when we visit Valencia again - we were sad we only stayed there one night.

The Palau Apartments Valencia is located near to the "ex-river" converted to series of parks, sport places, museums half way between the coast and the city centre/old town. Easy to find ways both on foot and public transport. We used buses and metro. The room was large, 5 person can live there for a week. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. 0-24 reception desk was available for check-in and check-out like in a hotel. There are several cafe located nearby for breakfast and there is a 0-24 supermarket on the next corner.

Fantastic location and incredibly helpful staff. We arrived extremely early in the morning, and lockers were available for us to store our bags. The staff on duty managed to get our room cleaned and made available really quickly, much before check-in time, and messaged us to let us know, really went above and beyond for us. The location was also amazing. Accessible for pretty much everywhere we wanted to go, and a short walk to the station for the metro to the airport.

Very clean, modern furnished, very good location in the heart of Valencia, within walking distance to many sights / attractions. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and sofa bed, very nice staff who always responded promptly and helped us book a taxi for the airport. Also close to airport - about 15 min drive by taxi, around 16-20 euros, so very convenient to reach.
