Location, clean, flexible checking (we arrived very late but self check in worked perfectly). We had a small surprise to find some cookies, chocolate box, sparking wine, water, tea, some coffee caps for the nespresso machine available there. Our room was facing the inner courtyard. Check the room description when booking to see on which side it is. The advantage for ours was that was very quiet.

Great location - it was near the food court market Mercado de San Miguel. Only 30-45 min away from the airport by taxi. A few restaurants were located downstairs. But it was still very quiet and safe at night. The building itself was historic, which is very intriguing. The apartment was neat, clean and spacious. The wifi works well. The sign says that hot water is limited but we had no problem with that at all. The supply was quite sufficient. The staff were very friendly. We had issues opening the safe to take our keys because of a late check-in, and the lady who answered our call was very patient and helpful.

This property was above our expectations. The location is in the centre of Madrid and within walking distance to everything. Sol Metro station is just a 2 minute walk away. The accommodation is spotless clean, with very modern decor and very friendly and helpful staff with communication regarding our trip 2 days before our stay. Maria was very helpful answering any questions regarding the area and recommending good restaurants where to eat. Would 100% return to this accommodation.

Above all, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful - above and beyond of the usual. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of pastries, cheeses, some eggs and sausages, bacon etc. The roof terrace with the view of the gardens and palace is a delight.

Exceptional hotel. Very clean and the beds are amazing. Also a perfect breakfast with people that are smiling always. The position is central, only 15 min from Puerta del Sol, 5 min from Royal Palace. Near it is a small restaurant (I think it is the hotel's restaurant because it is called Vienna too) with very good prices and decent food. We will return!
